Must have either transportation or staffing industry experience. The position is responsible for the achievement of budgeted sales and contribution profit through the business development of current customers.\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)\nWhat you’ll do as a Sales and Account Manager:\nIdentifies prospective customers.\nPerforms face-to-face sales calls with customers and prospects on a frequent basis.\nDevelops rate proposals and present them to prospects.\nIdentifies trends and competition in markets and advocates action to maximize opportunities and minimize risk.\nProvides a positive customer service perception and reinforces a “Value Added” proposition to our customers.\nEnsures strong customer retention levels through effective execution of sales and marketing plans, delivering service excellence, and ensuring prompt and effective service recovery.\nMaintains and updates customer files in Ultra Staff including notes on all customer interactions. Ensures all necessary contract paperwork is complete and submitted timely.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.\n2+ years experience in a related field, such as staffing, transportation sales, tractor or trailer sales.\nPrior experience with a multi-unit organization is preferred.\nStrong team leadership skills.\nDemonstrative success in sales, account management, and business expansion.\nExperience in contract negotiation.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to persuade an audience.\nAbility to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.\nAbility to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure.\nAlso provided are a laptop, cell phone, home office, and supplies along with mileage reimbursement.\nSalary Range: $61,281.77 - $79,666.30 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.\nPlease note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.\nBenefits and Well-Being:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.\nWe consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.\nYou must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
