View the comprehensive information about the competitive benefits package on our careers page then scroll down to CENTERS Benefits (click link to view).\nResponsibilities\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAssist with the oversight, training, and on-shift supervision of Changeover staff and other staff as needed.\nEnforce administrative policies and procedures as it relates to the building.\nAssist with the implementation, evaluation, and day to day operation of the game day setup and tear down including flooring, seating, tables, stages, ramps, etc.\nPerform seating, facilities, and event checklists inspections\nReport issues to management as they arise \nAssist with cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance\nFollow safety precautions and emergency procedures\nAttend all Staff and Committee meetings as assigned.\nWeekend work and game day work is required \nQualifications\nApplicants must be 18 years or older.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nSome experience using hand tools preferred\nSkills/Abilities:\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays\nAbility to problem solve\nAbility to perform general labor\nMust be able to discuss, converse with, and exchange accurate information with patrons, staff, stakeholders, etc.\nWork Environment and Physical Demands\nWork Environment\nNon-smoking environment\nModerate to loud noise\nMaintain flexible hours for events that occur on weekends and evenings \nPhysical Demands\nWalking, standing or working events\nMust be able to traverse throughout the center\nMust be able to lift, move and set up items weighing as much as 75 lbs.\nOther Duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
