Includes laptop setup, asset management and setup of all necessary accounts required for new employees.\nProvisioning and troubleshooting phone issues with our cloud-based phone system.\nEnd-user support including Windows desktop/laptops, Mac Computers, Mobile devices (phones, iPad, etc.)\nOn Call Support for our VIPs and Overnight employees. Rotates every three weeks for a total of 17 times per year.\nSupport local and network printers and other peripherals, VPN account administration and connectivity, VOIP control panel (moves/adds/changes) and desktop phone support.\nManage Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive for Business, mapped network drives, mobile email support with Microsoft Office 365, and OTS/COTS software installation and troubleshooting support\nManage all IT hardware inventory at local sites, including maintaining ITAM system (ServiceNow) to 100% accuracy to account for all IT fixed assets\nOther office IT duties as requested\nRequirements:\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several concurrent tasks.\nMinimum 5 years General IT experience on both Windows and Mac computers. Must have installation, management and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365 and other common desktop applications.\nBasic security understanding and working experience with dual factor/multi factor authentication (2FA/MFA) solutions.\nAbility to execute detailed procedures in accordance with Centersquare’s strict cybersecurity requirements.\nBasic ITIL problem management understanding and support ticket systems understanding.\nBasic office networking (switching and connectivity)\nWindows Active Directory (AD) administration experience is a plus.\nMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint Manager experience Preferred.\nAssociates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nSupport of multiple languages and keyboards a plus\nThis employer will not sponsor visas for this role\nCsquare is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
