Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nPosition Summary\nThe Program Administrator serves as the primary coordinator for program implementation and works closely with community partners, schools, healthcare organizations, libraries, employers, faith communities, local governments, and regional stakeholders to improve mental health literacy, reduce stigma, increase awareness of available resources, and strengthen pathways to behavioral health services and mental wellness supports.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership and Implementation\n· Provide overall leadership and coordination of the initiative.\n· Oversee implementation of grant-funded activities, timelines, deliverables, and performance measures.\n· Develop implementation plans and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.\n· Facilitate region 7 Growing Mental Wellness Collaboration Meetings.\n· Foster support and collaboration between counties that align with a unified regional approach.\nCommunity Partnership Development\n· Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.\n· Represent Centerstone at community meetings and events.\nCommunity Mental Health Ambassador Network\n· Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of ambassadors.\n· Coordinate ambassador activities and communications.\nPlatform Administration\n· Support implementation and utilization of the CredibleMind platform.\n· Review engagement and utilization data.\n· Manage the local resources tab within the CredibleMind platform.\nStop the Stigma Marketing Campaign\n· Coordinate with marketing resources to develop and implement a Brown County branded Stop the Stigma Campaign.\n· Facilitate connection between regional county leadership and marketing resources.\n· Ensure Stop the Stigma products are effectively integrated into the communities.\nData Collection and Performance Monitoring\n· Monitor program outcomes and performance indicators.\n· Prepare reports and support quality improvement activities.\nRegional Collaboration\n· Participate in regional coordination meetings.\n· Support alignment with Region 7 partners.\nSustainability and Strategic Planning\n· Lead sustainability planning and identify future funding opportunities.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nProject management and data analysis skills.\nAbility to build partnership.\nEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.\nSkilled in strategic planning.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in a related field.\nExperience\nThree years of relevant experience.\nLicenses and Certifications\nN/A\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree, grant management, behavioral health, or rural health experience.\nPhysical and Work Environment Requirements\nWork is performed in an office, clinical, residential, and/or community-based environment depending on role and assignment. The position may involve routine use of office, clinical, or electronic systems and equipment. Duties may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and working at a computer. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended shifts based on program needs. This position is classified as sedentary work. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.\nThe Growing Mental Wellness Program Administrator provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for the Growing Mental Wellness Together initiative across Centerstone covered counties: Brown, Lawrence, and Jackson and LifeSpring covered counties: Crawford, Harrison, Orange, Perry, and Washington as part of Region 7's Rural Health Transformation Program.
