The Concierge 1 greets and provides support and resource information on our organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. The Concierge 1 welcomes Patients to the Center in a warm manner. They take Patient information and put names on a waiting list. Additionally, they clean and organize the waiting area and restrooms. Finally, they talk with patients as they leave to guarantee a positive overall experience. Provide assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance.

Supervisor, Center Administration

Job Responsibilities

· Greeting and assisting patients

· Scheduling and supporting transportation-related needs

· Providing excellent customer service while supporting daily center operations.

Required Qualifications

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Less than 2 years of technical experience

· You must be comfortable assisting patients and handling front-office responsibilities

· Must be comfortable standing 70% of their time

· Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Other Qualifications

· We prefer previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, patient-facing, customer service, receptionist, or concierge setting.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$37,440 - $42,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
