You will report to the Center Administrator.The Float Activity Coordination Assistant performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments.\nThe Float Activity Coordination Assistant schedules the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed educational classes and events. Promote and coordinate programs to provide members with a variety fitness activities. Responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, reviewing new patient registration, and entering new patient information into the computer system at an outpatient care site. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.\nUse your skills to make an impact\nHours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm\nLocation: Onsite at CenterWell Altamonte Springs, FL.\nYou will have to travel to multiple clinics in the surrounding area.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 1 year in a previous administrative role\nA valid driver license and transportation necessary\nExperience in a patient facing role involving structured and planned activities\nAbility to work independently under general guidance and collaborate effectively within a team environment.\nExceptional attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nStrong time management and organizational skills\nAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals across all levels of the organization\nMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDegree in a Health related field\nPrevious work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population\nExperience in Community health outreach programs\nNutrition knowledge\n2 or more years of experience as a Personal Trainer or performing wellness and recreational activities\nHealth Plan experience, including Medicare/Medicaid\nElectronic Medical Record (ECW) experience\nAdditional Information:\nThis role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
