Support cloud infrastructure deployment with internal teams and cloud vendors.\n2. Reinstall, reboot, and maintain Linux/cloud servers and bare-metal systems.\n3. Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and cloud infrastructure issues.\n4. Monitor infrastructure health, alerts, and asset utilization.\n5. Handle incident management and participate in on-call support rotations.\n6. Maintain operational records, tickets, repair logs, and tracking systems.\n7. Develop automation scripts and operational tools using Shell/Bash or Python.\n8. Improve operational processes and standardization.\n9. Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, IPv6, and routing.\n10. Support cloud fleet operations, performance management, documentation, and reporting.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n2. Experience in cloud, server operations, or data center environments.\n3. Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\n4. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as:\n5. Amazon Web Services (AWS)\nGoogle Cloud\nOracle\nMicrosoft\n6. Experience with OS provisioning technologies (PXE, iPXE).\n7. Ability to write Shell/Bash and Python scripts.\n8. Familiarity with automation tools:\nAnsible\nTerraform\nGitLab CI/CD\n9. Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, IPv6).\n10.
