We aim to help these organizations unlock significant business value by deploying GenAI at scale, helping to ensure they stay at the forefront of technological advancement and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.\nAbout Job\nThis is a Cloud Service Operations Engineer role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, automating, and supporting large-scale Linux-based cloud infrastructure and networking environments, with a strong emphasis on operations, incident response, and infrastructure reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport cloud infrastructure deployment with internal teams and cloud vendors.\nReinstall, reboot, and maintain Linux/cloud servers and bare-metal systems.\nTroubleshoot server, network, hardware, and cloud infrastructure issues\nMonitor infrastructure health, alerts, and asset utilization.\nHandle incident management and participate in on-call support rotations.\nMaintain operational records, tickets, repair logs, and tracking systems.\nDevelop automation scripts and operational tools using Shell/Bash or Python.\nImprove operational processes and standardization.\nTroubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, IPv6, and routing.\nSupport cloud fleet operations, performance management, documentation, and reporting.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nExperience in cloud, server operations, or data center environments.\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as:\nAmazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, Oracle, Microsoft\nExperience with OS provisioning technologies (PXE, iPXE).\nAbility to write Shell/Bash and Python scripts.\nFamiliarity with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD\nStrong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, IPv6).\nExperience with monitoring, operational tooling, and incident management.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nLarge-scale cloud fleet operations.\nGPU infrastructure support.\nFirmware lifecycle management.\nRDMA networking experience.\nCentific is an equal-opportunity employer.
