This role involves developing containerization strategies, enhancing developer workflows, and ensuring high availability and scalability of the Kubernetes infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement platform capabilities and containerization strategies using Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh.\nDesign and manage Kubernetes cluster topology, traffic shaping, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.\nAutomate Kubernetes infrastructure deployment and management.\nDevelop self-service platform capabilities for developer workflows, including API management and certificate management.\nOptimize Kubernetes platform for high availability and scalability.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree required.\n8+ years of experience in cloud computing development and design.\n5+ years of experience with Kubernetes (preferably AKS or EKS).\nStrong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nExpertise in Kubernetes, Linux, and CI/CD.\nProficient in Python and Bash scripting.\nExperience with observability tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Datadog, and Dynatrace.\nSolid understanding of Continuous Development and Deployment in Azure/AWS.\nStrong Linux environment experience.\nAdditional Skills Preferred:\nFamiliarity with Azure Arc and Azure IoT Hub.\nUnderstanding of edge computing.\nExperience with GitOps practices.\nKnowledge of security best practices and compliance for hybrid deployments.\nCentific is an equal-opportunity employer.
