We aim to help these organizations unlock significant business value by deploying GenAI at scale, helping to ensure they stay at the forefront of technological advancement and maintain a competitive edge in their respective markets.\nAbout Job\nResponsibilities\nKeeping a keen eye on the latest developments in the broad AI community. \nWorking with science, engineering, and program management teams to integrate the latest large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI models and open-source models into production systems. \nCollaborating with other researchers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers in the team to build tools and improve the end-to-end AI Quality of our production systems. \nLeveraging data from various sources and domains to design and implement innovative solutions that achieve rigorous metrics and address customer needs. \nEffectively communicating and demonstrating work to stakeholders \nMinimum Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline \n2+ years of experience in machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) \nProficiency with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow \nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science or related field, with a research focus on natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning, deep learning, or related areas \nPublications at top-tier NLP/ML/AI conferences, e.g., NeurIPs, ICML, ICLR, EMNLP, ACL \nExperience in fine-tuning or evaluating large language models (LLMs) or AI agents\nCentific is an equal-opportunity employer.
