And we’re not stopping there.\nWe’re looking for an experienced Quality & Testing Manager to join a major, multi-year technology transformation program.\nIn this role, you’ll take ownership of quality and testing across a complex ICT environment, working with project teams, technical specialists, vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, fit for purpose and ready for delivery.\nYou’ll have the opportunity to lead testing teams, shape quality practices and drive continuous improvement across a large-scale transformation program.\nThis is a contract opportunity through to 30 June 2027, based on-site in Darwin, NT.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll do\nLead and manage quality and testing services across a large technology program.\nDevelop, review and oversee comprehensive test plans, test documentation, test cases and test outcomes.\nLead testing resources to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.\nWork closely with Project Managers, program leads, vendors and stakeholders to prioritise testing activities and work packages.\nIdentify, manage and resolve issues that may impact testing delivery, quality or timelines.\nProvide oversight of project-level testing resource planning and management.\nDrive continuous improvements in the speed, efficiency and coverage of testing activities.\nWork with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate quality, safety and risk considerations are incorporated into testing and implementation activities.\nEngage with senior stakeholders, business teams, technical teams and vendors.\nEnsure testing requirements and outcomes are clearly communicated to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport the delivery of testing strategies, automation and quality practices across a complex program.\nWhat you'll bring\nDemonstrated experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead within a large ICT program.\nProven experience leading one or more teams to deliver testing services in a complex program environment.\nStrong understanding of quality and testing management methodologies, techniques and frameworks.\nExtensive experience reviewing and validating test plans, scenarios, test cases and test scripts.\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle and associated project management methodologies.\nExperience with Test Management and Test Automation methods and tools.\nStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nThe ability to translate complex testing requirements into clear, practical language for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear plans, reports and presentations.\nA minimum of 5 years' experience in a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead role will be highly regarded.\nExperience within the health sector, large-scale transformation programs or complex enterprise environments will be highly regarded.\nUnderstanding of recognised quality management standards and frameworks will be advantageous.\nExperience with COTS-based solutions and SmartBear TestComplete will be advantageous.\nRelevant testing certifications such as ISTQB will be highly regarded.\nA collaborative, accountable and solutions-focused approach.\nThe ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.\nA commitment to professionalism, integrity, accountability and continuous improvement.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3678,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cybersecurity","Managed Security","IT Consulting","Managed IT Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T04:36:07Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":34,"reasons":["conf:0","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/centorrino-technologies-quality-and-testing-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/centorrino-technologies-quality-and-testing-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T16:50:19Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
