Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team!\nResponsibilities\nThe 340B Supervisor is responsible for supporting compliance and identifying opportunities for improved capture in the 340B program, particularly related to purchasing activities within pharmacy areas. The position will oversee and coordinate the activities of 340B analysts, ensuring proper data management, reporting, and continuous process improvement. This role ensures compliance with 340B regulations, monitors 340B transactions, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, the role involves conducting audits and providing advanced analysis to support decision-making and optimize program performance.\n#LI-AS1 #remote\nQualifications\nRequired qualifications:\nCurrent state Pharmacy Technician License.\nThree (3) years of experience in 340B program operations, including compliance, data analysis, and auditing.\nStrong understanding of 340B program regulations, HRSA/OPA guidelines, and manufacturer restrictions.\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using 340B software and management platforms.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.\nPreferred qualification:\n340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification or completion of Apexus 340B University preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to navigate EMR systems in acute care and ambulatory care settings, as well as pharmacy management software.\nPay Transparency\nPrime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $77,500.80 to $109,990.40 on an annualized basis.
