Come join a team where your work truly matters.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute tasks across various work centers including dry-out ovens, Turn-to-Turn Ratio (TTR) testing/hookup, and leafing operations. \nAssemble transformer cores and related sub-assemblies according to customer specifications, blueprints, bills of material, and standardized operating procedures. \nLoad cores and coils onto the leafing line and leaf the core around the legs of the coils. Apply blocks, frames, and steel banding straps to secure the assembly and mark the order number on the top frame. \nBuild sub-assemblies in accordance with operational procedures and quality standards using calibrated tools and equipment. \nTest each completed unit using a TTR tester to confirm proper ratio and secure electrical connections. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing. \nPerform rework on damaged or defective component parts or assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. \nPrepare and document units for oven loading according to production procedures and required documentation forms. \nScan production tickets in AS400 to update unit status and maintain accurate production tracking. \nLoad units into ovens using appropriate equipment and follow established safety procedures. \nUtilize various manual and power-operated tools and equipment including forklifts, screw guns, air ratchets, hand crimp tools, hammers, pallet jacks, hoists, and multi-lam cutting machines. \nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \nPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferred \nShift Information\n1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM \n2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM \n3rd Shift - Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM\nAll new hires start on 2ndShift unless discussed.\nOvertime may be required, including early start times or later end times. \nPhysical Demands:\nThis position involves sustained physical activity and may require prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, grasping, and repetitive movement; and handling or positioning materials and equipment.
