Come join a team where your work truly matters.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up and operate power winding machines to produce transformer coils in accordance with work instructions, specifications, and established procedures. \nLoad, position, and secure wire, insulation, and other materials required for the winding process. \nRead and follow applicable work instructions, specifications, blueprints, and production documentation. \nSet and monitor machine parameters, including winding speed, tension, dimensions, and other applicable settings. \nMonitor equipment and winding operations to identify process variations, equipment issues, or other conditions that may affect product quality. \nMake routine machine and process adjustments as required to maintain established winding specifications. \nPerform required visual and dimensional quality checks throughout the winding process and inspect completed coils for conformance to specifications. \nIdentify and report damaged materials, defects, equipment issues, or other nonconforming conditions to supervision. \nPerform routine operator-level equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities as authorized. \nComplete and maintain required production and quality documentation accurately. \nMaintain tools, materials, and supplies necessary to support assigned production activities. \nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. \nFollow all applicable safety procedures, work instructions, and PPE requirements. \nWork collaboratively with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals. \nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. \nPrevious manufacturing, machine operation, or coil-winding experience preferred. \nAbility to read and follow work instructions, specifications, blueprints, and production documentation. \nBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to make routine equipment adjustments. \nBasic mathematical and measurement skills. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality. \nBasic computer skills for equipment operation and production documentation, as applicable. \nAbility to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. \nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. \nShift Information\n1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM \n2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM \n3rd Shift - Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM\nAll new hires start on 2ndShift unless discussed.\nOvertime may be required, including early start times or later end times. \nPhysical Demands:\nThis position involves sustained physical activity and may require prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, grasping, and repetitive movement; and handling or positioning materials and equipment.
