If you're energized by helping others, solving challenges, and creating positive customer experiences, we'd love to have you join our team.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n1 year experience in customer service\nWork with a flexible, rotating schedule between 9:30am – 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday\nKnowledge of Microsoft product suite- preferred \nBilingual (Spanish)- preferred\nExceptionally strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills; focus on quality of customer experience- preferred\n\nWhat you’ll do\nServices a high volume of incoming calls and emails from policyholders, agents, and internal customers \nExercises initiative and judgment while researching and responding to customer inquiries\nProactively provides solutions and options to customer needs\nApplies knowledge of the billing system and other applicable systems\nProcesses electronic premium payments from customers\nHandles a variety of billing related transactions including billing revisions, reinstatements, payment plan, billing method, and due day changes\nAcquires, maintains and applies basic understanding of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance\nWorks within many supporting systems to fully service incoming requests\nHandles a variety of policy related transactions and other customer service-related tasks \nSoft-sells various electronic options to customers\n\nHiring Range\n$19/hour–$24/hour represents typical starting salaries and is a portion of the full pay range for the role. \nStarting pay is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, and certifications.
