If you’re passionate about uncovering trends, solving complex problems, and making a measurable impact, this is your opportunity to shine.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nMaster’s degree in related field and 2 years experience communicating data insights between technical and business personnel \nOr Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4 years experience communicating data insights between technical and business personnel \nOr 6 years insurance experience communicating data insights between technical and business personnel \nExperience with Property & Casualty Insurance products and/or associated data- preferred \nExperience with external data sources- preferred \nPower BI visualization expertise – preferred \n\nWhat you’ll do\nDemonstrate SME-level data knowledge with proven expertise in multiple domains and data environments\nResearch, design, analyze, develop and maintain exceptional business intelligence solutions\nPresent and communicate insights in a manner that drives stakeholder understanding, adoption, and business action\nIncrease data literacy across the organization by providing training and support for the business intelligence tools developed\nDrive adoption of business intelligence solutions by communicating insights effectively and partnering with stakeholders to integrate data into decision-making processes\nCollaborate with leadership -- listen, respond and work to accomplish department goals consistent with Central’s mission and values\nCollaborate with Product, Underwriting, Analytics, Actuarial, Finance, IT and other business units to share knowledge and avoid duplicative work\nCollaborate with data science, data governance, actuarial, finance, claims and other business units to ensure data is accurate and well-documented\nServe as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, shaping requests into scalable solutions\nLead the design, validation, and enhancement of data models that support scalable business intelligence reporting and analytics\nPerform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights\nOwn and lead peer code review processes to ensure the team’s adherence to a high standard of excellence related to the accuracy of data and reporting produced\nAssist in development of business intelligence project roadmaps and data strategies\nSteward and promote enterprise data quality and consistency\nInfluence cross functional data standards, governance, and best practices\nIdentify and drive new use cases, efficiencies, and strategic insights\nIndependently prioritize work aligned to business impact\nLead onboarding and development of new team members, including training plans and tool enablement\n\n Hiring Range\n$102,000–$140,000 represents typical starting salaries and is a portion of the full pay range for the role.\nStarting pay is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, and certifications.
