Using sound judgment when requirements are not fully defined, this role works with minimal oversight and coordinates directly with Implementation Managers and customer stakeholders to drive successful project delivery. \nKey Responsibilities:\nAccount Provisioning,Configuration&Validation \nProvision and configure customer accounts across internal systems and tools, independently and with minimal oversight. \nTranslate documented business and implementation requirements/features into backend system configurations, workflows, and AI rule settings. \nSet up, modify, and validate configurations to supportapproved customer use cases, including moderately ambiguous requirements. \nEnsure configuration accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal standards across a growing caseload. \nImplementation & Readiness Support \nSupport Implementation Managers and Professional Services teams by completing configuration tasks aligned to implementation plans and readiness gates. \nAssist with foundational and pre-go-live setupfor customers who may not yet be fully operational. \nEnsure configuration milestones are completed in alignment with delivery timelines and go-live readiness. \nMaintain accurate configuration documentation and change logs. \nTriage configuration issues and risks, escalating what cannot be resolved independently. \nOperational Excellence \nContribute to continuous improvement ofconfiguration standards, templates, and internal playbooks. \nIdentify recurring configuration challenges and recommend process or tooling improvements. \nSupport scalability by enabling repeatable, efficient setup processesacross customer segments. \nQualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in a technical configuration, implementation, or SaaS operations role. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple configuration tasks concurrently with strong attention to detail. \nComfortable working cross-functionally with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams, including direct client-facing coordination. \nTrack record of resolving moderately complex configuration issues with limited guidance. \nBase Salary Range\n$65,000—$85,000 USD\nBacked by Roper Technologies, Inc.
