We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help grow and evolve this product as we expand our revenue cycle, practice management and clinical capabilities. \nThis role is designed for a Senior Product Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. You will leverage your experience in revenue cycle and/or claim management products to contribute to the CR Essentials product direction while owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across the platform. Success in this role requires navigating ambiguity, deeply understanding real-world clinic workflows, and building solutions that work across disciplines without compromising CentralReach’s ABA strengths. \nWhat You’llDo \nPartner with Product Leadership to help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy, particularly around RCM and practice management \nOwn execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery \nHelp balance the complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user-friendly experience for our users \nTranslate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions \nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams \nDefine and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact \nLeverage AI tools in your work and partner with internal AI experts to evolve our AI-based product capabilities \nWhat We’reLooking For \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience \n5-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in claims management, healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software \nStrong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting \nExperience supporting or designing for healthcare and billing professionals \nExperience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI-based product capabilities \nProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution \nPreferred candidates will have direct experience in the RCM / Claims Management domain \nThis role plays a critical part in ensuring CentralReach can support therapy practices of all sizes across the country and empower those therapists to have a meaningful impact on the lives of their patients. \n #LI-Remote\nBase Salary Range\n$150,000—$180,000 USD\nBacked by Roper Technologies, Inc.
