The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. The role requires strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, job portals, and excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and clients during US business hours.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSource and identify qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.\nScreen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.\nWork closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.\nSubmit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines.\nCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.\nMaintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nNegotiate compensation packages and ensure candidate onboarding documentation is completed.\nMaintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.\nRequired Skills:\n6 months –3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.\nStrong experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.\nGood understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet submission targets.\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience working with direct clients or implementation
