# Recruiter

Work Location: Nodia (Work from Office) Shift: Night Shift – 7 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Friday) We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2 – 5 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients. The role requires strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, job portals, and excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and clients during US business hours. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases. Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
