We promote on talent, not tenure, allowing our team to take ownership of their growth & career trajectory\nThis Tax Partner will lead the charge on the build out and growth of Centri’s Tax Advisory practice by developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans in accordance with the firm’s mission and vision and the commitment to always act as a trusted partner to our clients\nCore Responsibilities:\nElevate the Centri Brand by demonstrating thought leadership and embracing our marketing and sales programs\nWork with the team to manage multiple concurrent engagements within the Tax Advisory practice which provides a full spectrum of corporate tax services, including planning, research, and tax provision implications of our clients\nDemonstrate advanced knowledge of complex Tax concepts to support Firm initiatives and development opportunities with internal knowledge sharing and panel discussions\nComplete tax diligence procedures and collaborate with Centri’s M&A Advisory team on financial due diligence project\nEvaluate the opportunity for tax software implementation and tax automation efforts\nBuild national relationships to further expand the Centri Brand in developing business and revenue for the Firm\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a business-related field\nCPA Certification required\n12+ years of relative technical experience; professional services experience highly preferred\nStrong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.\nThis position is an exempt position as it relates to the fair labor standards Act.
