ensure effective factory-level practice.\nReport quality performance regularly to senior management and escalate critical issues.\nUphold ethical standards and Customers code of conduct (compliance, sustainability, worker safety)\nCost Saving\nTraining & Continuous Improvement\nProvide training on new techniques, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure Kaizen/Lean methodology is implemented.\nCascade Centric SOP training to all factory levels and enforce disciplinary measures for violations.\nOrganize regular QA staff training, knowledge-sharing (Defect Library), and Quality Month presentations.\nSOP & Risk Management\nConduct style “Risk Assessments” at development stage; highlight callouts before fit samples.\nEnsure adherence to SOPs in inspections, packaging, storage, and QA reporting.\nPrevent garment defects by identifying errors (system/man/machine) and linking to error codes with corrective solutions.\nMaintain all Centric brand files, technical documents, and audit records in proper folders.\nTechnical Expertise & Safety\nConduct Technical Audit & provide CAP\nEnforce zero tolerance on children’s product safety (needle policy, trims, metal detection).\nMonitor safety protocols for children’s products, prints, embroidery, and embellishments.\nOversee product safety recordkeeping and compliance.\nInvestigate long-storage goods (risk of mold/color migration), maintain secure storage, and pre-inspect before Centric QA review.\nFactory QA Oversight\nCoordinate and guide factory Brand Tech Manager {BTM} & Non-FCQA Team; strengthen SOP, reporting and monitoring.\nOrganize inspections booking discipline to Centric QA every for coming week cover PPM, Pilot, Inline, Pre-final, Final.\nEnsure packaging best practices (size-wise procedure, pressing/packing approval samples, trim boards, process display).\nSupervise corrective action plan (CAP) development for findings; follow-up on implementations.\nEnsure TNA-driven quality checks are integrated into production schedules.\nCustomer & Audit Follow-up\nAct as primary contact with Centric/buyer QA teams; align quality expectations.\nGuide customer auditors, demonstrate SOP compliance, and address concerns.\nAlways Ensure audit readiness (Customer, third-party, internal).\nPrepare CAPs after audit/visitor findings; share updates with top management.\nEnsure factories meet Centric evaluation metrics (KPI, SOP points).\nQuality Standards & Testing\nDevelop and implement product quality standards per buyer/international norms.\nReview and approve all sample stages (development, proto, fit, pre-production).\nConduct pre-production meetings, ensure technical/quality parameters are clearly understood.\nVerify inline and final inspections; authorize shipment release only after compliance.\nEnsure all testing (lab, chemical, physical, RSL) is completed and documented.\nReview technical files (tech packs, BOMs, sewing instructions) for accuracy.\nReporting & Improvement\nAnalyze recurring defects;
