Sample Tracking & Information Management\nMonitor and track the progress of product samples throughout the production lifecycle.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure precise information from factories.\nCoordinate sample arrangement to in-house photo studio for HI-Res photo shooting.\nOperate in system like Airtable & SAP.\n2. Communication & Coordination\nManage incoming correspondence request from the US team; Ensure prompt follow-up on action items.\nDraft clear email responses in English.\nCommunicate sample updates and requirements to domestic factories.\nOur Best Fit Candidate Would Have\nAdditional Requirements\n1. Education\nCurrent undergraduate or graduate student.\nOpen to all majors; however, a preference will be given to English majors or candidates demonstrating exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.\n2. Technical Skills\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific emphasis on Excel (formulas, formatting, and data entry).\nExcellent information processing skills with the ability to manage large sets of data accurately.\n3.
