Management\nUtilize internal systems (SAP/PLM/IBT) to process and modify Purchase Orders efficiently and ensure the accuracy of PO/SO/Material costing may require to lead subordinates to achieve this objective. \nEnsure timely transmission of Purchase Orders to the Infor Nexus system.\nMonitor the status of invoicing and documentation submissions.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal Logistics operations team to facilitate smooth shipment arrangements, when needed.\nVendor Management\nTroubleshoot and monitor any issues regarding Infor Nexus system for vendors and factories\nEstablish and maintain Vendor and Factory profiles across various platforms (Infor Nexus, SAP, OSCA).\nCoordinate on-boarding training for New Vendor and Factory and maintain records.\nData Analysis and Reporting\nPrepare report to cross-check all those data accuracy across the team.\nAssist in collecting data from Business Units to prepare regular Management Reports.\nAssist in creating Vendor Score Cards to evaluate vendor and factory performance.\nCollect and analyze data from vendors to track cotton chains associated with Purchase Orders.\nOther Responsibilities: All the tasks assigned by manager/ team leader.\nOur Best Fit Candidate Would Have\nAdditional Requirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.\nPrior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage but not required.\nProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and manipulation. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details.\nGood verbal and written English communications skills.\nCompetency
