Centric Brands reflects a team built on respect, for others and for the hard work it takes to achieve our goals and build our bright future together.\nSpecific Responsibilities Would Include\nSupport the IT team in maintaining daily IT operations, including end-user devices, applications, and basic system support. \nAssist with hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure smooth workstation performance.\nWork closely with the Asia Service Desk to help track and resolve user issues through the ticketing system, as well as support on-site activities such as equipment setup and system checks. \nProvide assistance in asset tracking, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of IT resources.\nParticipate in IT administrative tasks, including supporting procurement processes, preparing documentation, and assisting with onboarding-related IT setup for new employees.\nAssist with miscellaneous IT administrative tasks, support functions, and projects as needed\nOur Best Fit Candidate Would Have\nAdditional Requirements\nTertiary education in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering\nStrong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to learning\nBasic understanding of AI concepts and tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools) with an interest in applying them to improve productivity and workflows\nExcellent knowledge on Operating systems e.g. Windows OS, MAC OS & Microsoft Office applications\nFamiliar with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Teams\nStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
