The position ensures alignment with global HR policies while adapting initiatives to meet local needs. Acting as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, the manager will lead efforts in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.\nBusiness Partnering\nAct as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders on HR-related matters.\nSupport organizational initiatives, including culture and transformation projects.\nProvide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.\nCollaborate with Corporate HR teams and other regional HR Business Partners to deliver seamless HR support.\nTalent Acquisition\nPartner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment plans.\nOversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.\nCollaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.\nMonitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring practices.\nPerformance Management\nLead the implementation and execution of performance management processes across the region.\nSupport managers in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.\nAnalyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\nFacilitate training sessions on performance management best practices.\nEngagement & Culture\nDeliver employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\nCoordinate regional events and recognition programs to enhance employee morale and retention.\nWorkforce and Budget Management\nLead workforce planning initiatives to support growth objectives while maintaining cost discipline.\nMonitor and manage workforce headcount in alignment with business plans and budgetary constraints.\nDevelop and implement strategies to optimize people costs while ensuring organizational capability and talent retention.\nAnalyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to balance cost efficiency with operational needs\nHR Operations Support\nOversee day-to-day HR operations across supported countries, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery.\nManage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and contract management.\nEnsure accurate and timely HR data management and reporting.\nPartner with regional HR team to resolve operational issues and improve processes.\nMaintain compliance with regional labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.\nSupport audits and reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.\nOur Best Fit Candidate Would Have\nAdditional Requirements \nBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
