Centric Brands reflects a team built on respect, for others and for the hard work it takes to achieve our goals and build our bright future together.\nSpecific Responsibilities Would Include\nDrive Quality Assurance throughout the production lifecycle by embedding preventive quality measures, strengthening factory capability, and ensuring products meet customer requirements. Support Quality Control and inspection activities as part of an integrated quality management approach.\nUpstream Quality Management & Process Control\nIncorporate production process control measures, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve problems to build quality upstream and prevent defects.\nConduct risk assessments during PPM and line reviews with factory representatives.\nContinuously drive the factory to improve product quality and meet required standards.\nProvide regular training to vendor/factory teams to ensure understanding of customer requirements, quality standards, and to enhance their quality mindset.\nUpdate factories on new requirements as needed and conduct case-study sharing to support continuous improvement.\nFollow up on Corrective Action Plan (CAP) implementation and evaluate outcomes.\n\nProduction Monitoring & Quality Governance\nFollow up on production status and T&A (WIP) regularly to identify potential risks and ensure readiness for QA activities.\nCollaborate and communicate with all related parties to address quality issues and work out solutions with factory partners.\nMonitor factory daily operations, including compliance-related issues.\nOversee the performance of the factory’s internal quality control system, including sharp tool control and needle detection processes.\nOur Best Fit Candidate Would Have\n7 years’ working experience in socks and accessories field.\nKnow the inspection process (AQL standard) and requirement very well.\nGood knowledge of all kinds of handbag, including construction, fabrication (PU/PVC/Nylon…), trim & hardware, print techniques, and safety requirement.\nGood knowledge of handbag manufacturing process in factory.\nGood knowledge of handbag quality control system in factory.\nBachelor’s degree holder or Tech college diploma \nGood in written English to understand the documents in English and issue report.\nBasic computer skills and handle Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
