We help retailers and brands connect planning and pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, from pre-season planning and assortment decisions to in-season demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment and price optimisation. Working as a global team, we combine retail expertise with AI-powered technology to help customers improve inventory performance, revenue, margins and operational efficiency.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist with a consulting mindset to help retailers and brands make better decisions about inventory, promotions and pricing. You’ll combine analytical expertise with direct customer engagement, building and validating models that turn complex data into practical business decisions. You’ll work with international teams throughout customer onboarding and solution delivery.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with project managers, consultants and customers throughout onboarding projects.\nTranslate business processes and customer requirements into data transformations and modelling approaches.\nAct as the key technical contact for data science and data engineering topics, explaining complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate, stable and well-documented data flows.\nDesign, prepare and analyse A/B tests to evaluate outcomes and answer business questions.\nTrain and validate statistical and machine learning models to measure the impact of pricing, promotions and inventory decisions.\nPrototype solutions with Product Management and develop efficient, well-tested Python code.\nAlign customers and partners on data formats and transmission schedules.\nTrack project-specific effort and maintain complete, reliable solution documentation.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 3 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in retail or consumer products.\nExcellent SQL skills and strong analytical and problem-solving ability.\nHands-on Python experience, including Pandas, NumPy and Statsmodels.\nStrong communication skills in English and the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.\nA degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, physics, economics or a related field.\nAdditional Experience\nThe following would be an advantage:\nExperience with big data environments such as PySpark.\nFamiliarity with statistical modelling or behavioural price effects.\nAdditional languages beyond English.\n Why Join Us\nJoin a global team working at the intersection of retail, enterprise software and applied AI.
