This is a highly hands-on role requiring extensive professional experience and advanced technical proficiency across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft security technologies.\nThe role focuses on modern workplace solutions, identity management, endpoint security, automation, AI adoption, and cross-platform management across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, SaaS applications, and cloud services.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Innovation and Transformation\nIdentify and implement technologies that improve productivity, efficiency, and user experience.\nEvaluate and adopt AI solutions, and emerging technologies.\nDevelop proofs of concept and automate manual processes using modern tools and cloud services.\nTranslate business needs into secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions.\n2. Microsoft 365, Azure and Identity\nDesign, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Graph.\nManage ldPs Entra ID/Okta, Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, tenant governance, and identity lifecycle processes.\nIntegrate SaaS applications with enterprise identity and access management platforms.\nOptimize licensing, cloud consumption, and service configurations.\n3. Endpoint Management and Modern Workplace\nDesign and maintain endpoint management solutions for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android using Intune and complementary technologies.\nManage device provisioning, application deployment, configuration, compliance, security baselines, and remediation.\nImprove endpoint lifecycle management, standardization, and user experience through automation.\nEnsure endpoints remain secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise requirements.\n4. Cybersecurity and Governance\nPartner closely with the Cybersecurity team to align IT initiatives with security strategy, policies, and risk management requirements.\nEmbed security, privacy, and compliance by design across Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, and SaaS platforms.\nSupport implementation and continuous improvement of Security Tools, Zero Trust, Conditional Access, least privilege, vulnerability management, and secure secrets handling.\nCollaborate on security assessments, remediation initiatives, incident response readiness, and governance improvements.\n5. Automation and Systems Integration\nDevelop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Bash/shell scripting, Azure automation.\nIntegrate enterprise platforms and services through APIs and modern authentication mechanisms.\nReduce manual IT operations through reliable, reusable, and secure automation.\nApply engineering best practices, including logging, error handling, testing, documentation, and maintainability.\n6. Architecture and Stakeholder Collaboration\nContribute to IT strategy, technology roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous service improvement.\nAssess solutions based on security, scalability, operational complexity, cost, and business value.\nWork closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned technology initiatives.\nShare technical knowledge and promote standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Experience and Technical Proficiency\nExtensive professional experience in enterprise IT, with strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving capabilities.\nAdvanced technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and related Microsoft technologies.\nStrong understanding of identity security, Zero Trust, endpoint protection, access governance, and enterprise security controls.\nProven experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, scripting, and automation.\nExperience managing Windows and macOS environments, with working knowledge of Linux and mobile platforms.\nPractical knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Purview, SaaS governance, and cloud operations.\nAbility to independently design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise technology solutions.\nStrong analytical, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.\nSuccess Measures\nImproved IT efficiency, productivity, and user experience.\nStronger security posture and alignment with Cybersecurity requirements.\nBetter utilization of Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS investments.\nMore consistent and effective cross-platform endpoint management.\nSuccessful adoption of innovation, AI, and automation.\nReduced operational overhead, complexity, and technology costs.\nRole Expectations\nThis is a hands-on technical role requiring advanced technical proficiency, independent problem-solving, and ownership of solutions from design through implementation and optimization. The successful candidate will combine technical depth with strategic thinking, strong collaboration with the Cybersecurity team, and a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
