In this role, you will assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations support.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.\nMaintain accurate employee data in Workday and HR systems.\nCoordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.\nMonitor probation periods and ensure timely follow-up.\nPrepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and termination letters.\nAssist with employee relations matters and HR policies.\nGenerate HR reports for management and finance teams.\nManage employee records while maintaining confidentiality.\nSupport HR projects and process improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.\n5+ years of HR administration or HR operations experience.\nKnowledge of German labor laws; European employment law knowledge is a plus.\nExperience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nFluent English required;
