No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.\nPrimarily engaged in a Pre-Sales consultancy role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the Pre-Sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and marketing on proposal activities. Furthermore, the Pre-Sales Consultant could also engage in project delivery, foremost when it’s related to a new industry/region.\nResponsibilities\nAssist Sales Team in qualifying prospects.\nAttend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution demo\nProvide functional/technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.\nCreate and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.\nBe capable of articulate a good story to embed the technical/functional presentation following the principles of innovation, inspiration, and enthusiasm.\nResponsible for in-depth, broad-based pre-sales presentations of the entire Centric PLM Solution suite.\nConfigure Centric Software solutions to well fit these needs through product presentations and supporting materials.\nProduce written specifications (i.e., Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits/value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions.\nPrepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests.\nAnalyze requirements and design solutions to complex customer requirements and its pain points.\nEnsure clear understanding of customer’s technology requirements; provide support for Proposal and Project teams, provide technical leadership and vision to win and deliver large-scale, complex solutions.\nBe knowledgeable and live the Centric Methodology.\nDeliver training on solutions and provide product support to internal stakeholders.\nCreate internal design configuration documentation (e.g., process frameworks).\nWork with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.\nBuilds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.\nPerform technical configuration for bespoke solutions as part of customized demos or POCs.\nAble to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Centric.\nSell Centric solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.\nProvide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, offer reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s.\nAdhere to the Company’s Quality Standards and Code of Conduct.\nTo structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and functional/technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Centric’s solutions.\nPreparing the SOW prior to contract signature.\nTo assume responsibility for handover from Pre-Sales to professional services to ensure smooth transition from Sales to
