We help retailers and brands connect planning and pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, from pre-season planning and assortment decisions to in-season demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment and price optimisation. Working as a global team, we combine retail expertise with AI-powered technology to help customers improve inventory performance, revenue, margins and operational efficiency.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Centric Planning implementations within our combined Retail Planning and Pricing team. You’ll manage complex enterprise software projects for retailers, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. Working with architects, consultants, Customer Success and Sales, you’ll guide customers through every implementation phase and help evolve our Professional Services methodology.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead end-to-end Centric Planning implementation projects.\nOwn project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and resource planning.\nBuild trusted relationships with customer executives, project sponsors and key stakeholders.\nLead project governance, steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.\nCoordinate delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical architects and developers.\nIdentify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.\nMaintain delivery quality while meeting customer expectations and commercial targets.\nDrive adoption of Project Management Office standards, governance and best practices.\nPartner with Product, Customer Success and Global Delivery to improve implementation methodologies.\nSupport pre-sales with implementation strategies, project estimates and delivery approaches.\nMentor junior project managers and strengthen delivery capability across the Planning practice.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.\nExperience delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise applications.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nAbility to stay organised in complex environments, lead cross-functional teams and balance customer success with commercial outcomes.\nWillingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.\nAdditional Experience\nThe following would be an advantage:\nExperience in retail planning, merchandise planning, supply chain or retail technology.\nPMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent certification.\nWhy Join Us \nJoin a global team working at the intersection of retail, enterprise software and applied AI.
