The ideal candidate will be driven to enhance processes collaboratively with cross-functional team members, with the aim of achieving scalability.\nThis position will report directly to the Global Payroll Manager, based in the United States.\nResponsibilities\nLead and oversee end-to end global payroll processing across multiple regions in EMEA and AMER.\nServe as the System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring continuous updates and maintenance.\nEnsure precise, compliant, and punctual processing of payroll for both domestic and international operations.\nMay need to record transactions meticulously in the designated payroll bank accounts, covering payroll net pay and payroll taxes.\nCollaborate with third-party payroll providers, offering strategic guidance on business requirements and addressing payroll-related issues effectively.\nMaintain close communication with third-party payroll providers to guarantee timely fulfillment of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings. Ensure adherence to all local statutory payroll regulations and fringe benefit reporting requirements.\nUphold compliance with tax regulations, as well as wage and hour labor laws.\nExecute and oversee monthly payroll closing tasks.\nLead special projects, such as process documentation and enhancements, system updates, integrations, upgrades, or implementations, including the re-implementation of international payroll systems.\nAssist with internal control policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to the payroll process.\nThese responsibilities require meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of payroll regulations, and strong project management skills.\nDelivering exceptional payroll support to all employees and cross-functional teams by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and accuracy.\nIdentifying opportunities for process optimization and recommending scalable solutions to improve payroll operational efficiency without compromising accuracy.\nConducting regular payroll audits and preparing comprehensive supporting schedules for external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field, or equivalent experience.\nA minimum of 8 years of experience in Global processing payroll, with a minimum employee base of 300.\nDemonstrated experience of at least 8 years in leading end-to-end payroll processes for multinational organizations.\nFamiliarity with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is highly desirable, though not mandatory.\nExceptional ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.\nProficient problem-solving skills coupled with strong analytical and project management abilities.\nCapacity to operate within a highly confidential environment, maintaining discretion and integrity.\nSkilled in analyzing large datasets and presenting key insights to leadership confidently.\nProven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and finance departments.\nMicrosoft Office suites, especially Excel.
