No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.\nThe Opportunity\nShoppingfeedis seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the technical evolution of our platform.\nReporting to the VP of Technology and Architecture (PXM), you will lead the Engineering organisation responsible for the Shoppingfeedplatform, providing technical leadership while developing a high-performing engineering culture.\nYou’llbe responsible forarchitecture, engineering delivery, technical strategyand people leadership, ensuring the platform continues to scale while supporting Centric Software’s broader Product Experience Management strategy.\nAbout the Team\nThe Engineering team is primarily based in France and works closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success.\nYou’lllead Engineering Managers / Tech Leads while partnering closely with the Head of Product to ensure successful product delivery.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLead and develop the ShoppingfeedEngineering organisation.\n\nDefine and evolve the platform architecture alongside technical leaders.\n\nOwn engineering execution, delivery qualityand technical excellence.\n\nBuild scalable engineering processes and improve development practices.\n\nMentor Engineering Managers / Tech Leads.\n\nPartner closely with Product Management to execute the product roadmap.\n\nDrive architectural decisions that improve scalability, reliabilityand performance.\n\nChampion modern software engineering practices, cloud technologiesand DevOps.\n\nEnsure engineering decisions balance customer value, technical qualityand long-term maintainability.\n\nBuild an engineering culture focused on collaboration, ownershipand continuous improvement.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProven experience leading software engineering teams within SaaS.\n\nStrong technical background with experience in software architecture.\n\nExperience managing Engineering Managers or Technical Leads.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.\n\nAbility to influence technical direction without being hands-on day-to-day.\n\nExcellent leadership, communicationand stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience building and scaling engineering organisations.\n\nTechnical Background\nExperience with cloud technologies and modern web architectures is important.
