You will partner closely with Sales to influence customer decisions, differentiate Centric in competitive situations, and position our solution as the preferred choice.\nThis role extends beyond product demonstrations-you will help customers envision how PLM can transform their operations. By connecting solution capabilities to measurable business outcomes, you will play a direct role in winning deals and enabling long-term customer success.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPre-Sales Solution Design & Consulting\nLead product demonstrations that align with customer workflows, data, and strategic objectives \nConduct engaging discovery calls to identify customer challenges and opportunities\nAnalyze customer business processes, systems, and organizational context \nTranslate customer requirements into compelling solution narratives and user stories \nIdentify gaps and propose scalable, value-driven solutions \nDocument discovery findings, scope decisions, and opportunity artifacts \nCreate demo scripts, tailored datasets, and presentation decks\nConfigure and personalize PLM to reflect best practice use cases \nSupport RFP/RFI responses and contribute to deal strategy and positioning \nDevelop Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, assumptions, and services estimates \nBuild ROI models to quantify business impact/ value proposition \nContribute to marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and presentations \nDevelop internal training materials and deliver training sessions \nParticipate in product updates: translate, document, and communicate relevant changes into new business processes/ use cases \nConduct IT architecture and HW&SW requirement discussions, including hosting options\nStakeholder Engagement\nDeliver high-impact, C-level presentations focused on business outcomes \nFacilitate “Art of the Possible” sessions to expand deal scope and vision \nDrive alignment across business and technical stakeholders \nElevate deal value through strategic thinking and solution positioning \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with cross function business unit presales teams to deliver E2E strategies, demos & use cases \nPartner with Product Management to provide market and customer feedback \nSupport Marketing initiatives (webinars, thought leadership, demos) \nContribute to post-sales activities when needed to ensure continuity and success \nThe Successful Candidate Profile:\nCore Competencies\nStrong business process understanding across PLM, Planning, ERP, or Supply Chain\nDeep expertise in R&D processes in Food and Beverage or Cosmetics or Private Label Management at Grocery retail\nProven ability to map business process to software capabilities \nExceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills \nAnalytical mindset with structured problem-solving ability \nAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth environment \nEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative \nAbility to manage complex customer engagements with minimal supervision \nWillingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally if necessary \nExperience\nExperience working across product development, structural packaging, artwork design and regulatory compliance.\nStrong domain expertise with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) including -
