Ownership\nOwn the technical conversation: you are the go-to contact for data science and data engineering topics.\nKeep data flows accurate, stable, and well documented\nDesign, prepare, and analyze A/B tests that settle open questions with evidence.\nTrain and validate statistical and machine learning models that quantify what pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions really do to the business.\n\nCollaboration & Delivery\nPrototype with product management and take the good ideas all the way to efficient, well-tested code in Python.\nTrack project-specific effort and keep solution documentation reliable and complete.\nAlign customers and partners on data formats and transmission schedules.\n\nWhat You Bring\nMust-Haves\nExcellent SQL skills and outstanding analytical instincts.\n3+ years in data analytics, ideally in retail or consumer products.\nHands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Statsmodels).\nStrong communication skills in English, and the ability to make data concepts clear to a non-technical audience.\nA degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, or a related field.\n\nPerfect-to-Haves\nExperience
