No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.\nAbout the Team\nOur combined Retail Planning and Pricing team brings together business consultants, customer success and support specialists, project managers, architects, and data science and engineering experts. We help retailers and brands connect planning and pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, from pre-season planning and assortment decisions to in-season demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment and price optimisation. Working as a global team, we combine retail expertise with AI-powered technology to help customers improve inventory performance, revenue, margins and operational efficiency.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our combined Retail Planning and Pricing team, with a focus on Centric Planning implementations. You’ll work directly with customers and internal and external partners to translate business needs into solution designs, configuration and data requirements. This role requires leadership, sound technical judgement and a focus on planning solutions that deliver customer value.\nWhat You Will Do\nDefine and optimise solution designs on the Centric Planning platform to meet customer requirements. \nWork closely with customers, Centric delivery teams and internal and external partners throughout implementation. \nCollect, understand, challenge and communicate business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. \nLead the definition of technical design, configuration and data requirements to support customer business processes and best-practice planning architecture. \nAssist in preparing system testing and validation plans. \nWhat You Bring\nA scientific or technical degree in engineering or computer science. \nExcellent technical, verbal and written communication skills. \nBasic knowledge of database queries using Microsoft SQL Server. \nKnowledge of planning applications at strategic and operational levels. \nA track record in consulting within IT, merchandising or supply chain planning. \nExperience implementing planning management systems and tools, supported by business and implementation experience. \nAbility to lead solution design, respond quickly to changing requirements and work effectively with customers and partners. \nAdditional Experience\nThe following would be an advantage:\nAdvanced Microsoft SQL Server querying skills. \nKnowledge of data science. \nPower BI experience, including dataset modelling and dashboard design. \nWhy Join Us\nJoin a global team working at the intersection of retail, enterprise software and applied AI. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.\nThis position may also be eligible for [bonus, commission].
