We help retailers and brands connect planning and pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, from pre-season planning and assortment decisions to in-season demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment and price optimisation. Working as a global team, we combine retail expertise with AI-powered technology to help customers improve inventory performance, revenue, margins and operational efficiency.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Solution Architect to join our combined Retail Planning and Pricing team, with a focus on Centric Planning implementations. You’ll work directly with customers and internal and external partners to translate business needs into solution designs, configuration and data requirements. This role requires leadership, sound technical judgement and a focus on planning solutions that deliver customer value.\nWhat You Will Do\n·Define and optimise solution designs on the Centric Planning platform to meet customer requirements.\n·Work closely with customers, Centric delivery teams and internal and external partners throughout implementation.\n·Collect, understand, challenge and communicate business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.\n·Lead the definition of technical design, configuration and data requirements to support customer business processes and best-practice planning architecture.\n·Assist in preparing system testing and validation plans.\nWhat You Bring\n·A scientific or technical degree in engineering or computer science.\n·Excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills.\n·Basic knowledge of database queries using Microsoft SQL Server.\n·Knowledge of planning applications at strategic and operational levels.\n·A track record in consulting within IT, merchandising or supply chain planning.\n·Experience implementing planning management systems and tools, supported by business and implementation experience.\n·Ability to lead solution design, respond quickly to changing requirements and work effectively with customers and partners.\nAdditional Experience\nThe following would be an advantage:\n·Advanced Microsoft SQL Server querying skills.\n·Knowledge of data science.\n·Power BI experience, including dataset modelling and dashboard design.\nWhy Join Us\nJoin a global team working at the intersection of retail, enterprise software and applied AI.
