We help retailers and brands connect planning and pricing decisions across the product lifecycle, from pre-season planning and assortment decisions to in-season demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment and price optimisation. Working as a global team, we combine retail expertise with AI-powered technology to help customers improve inventory performance, revenue, margins and operational efficiency.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of Centric Planning solutions for retailers. As the technical authority on customer implementations within our combined Retail Planning and Pricing team, you’ll design scalable architectures, oversee integrations and guide successful deployments. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on architecture, integration design and customer engagement.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the technical architecture of Centric Planning implementations, designing scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.\nDefine integration strategies connecting Centric Planning with ERP systems, data warehouses and third-party applications.\nCreate and review technical design documentation and integration blueprints.\nAdvise customers on architecture best practices and deployment strategies.\nProvide technical leadership throughout implementation and mentor consultants and technical team members.\nWork with Product Engineering, Solution Architects and customers to resolve complex technical challenges.\nSupport software installation, configuration, upgrades and performance optimisation.\nPromote technical standards, reusable frameworks and implementation best practices.\nContribute to solution sizing, technical discovery and pre-sales activities.\nContinuously improve delivery methodologies and technical standards.\nWhat You Bring\nA degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\nAt least 7 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or solution architecture.\nStrong SQL Server knowledge and database design experience.\nExperience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and ETL technologies.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure.\nUnderstanding of retail planning, merchandise planning or supply chain systems.\nExcellent customer-facing consulting and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.\nAbility to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, solve complex integration challenges and develop others.\nAdditional Experience\nThe following would be an advantage:\nExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.\nPower BI experience.\nWhy Join Us\nJoin a global team working at the intersection of retail, enterprise software and applied AI.
