You will play a pivotal role, in delivering exceptional customer support and technical guidance. With a primary focus on our Japan customers, you'll address their inquiries and provide efficient solutions. Given Centric Software's specialization in fashion and consumer goods technology, you'll play a critical role in empowering businesses to bring their products to market.\nResponsibilities:\nResolve customer queries and issues promptly, adhering to SLAs.\nCollaborate with R&D, Services, and Pre-sales teams to address bugs and ensure project timelines.\nManage complex customer accounts and understand their hardware and software setups.\nReact quickly to major customer issues.\nEnsure system availability and functionality for customers.\nAnalyze complex problems and propose solutions.\nEstablish credibility with internal and external customers.\nAchieve proficiency in Centric PXM software installation and functionality.\nSkills:\nØ Demonstrated expertise in customer-facing roles, coupled with strong IT troubleshooting skills\nØ Experience in software installation, database management (SQL Server, Oracle), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nQualifications:\nØ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, IT, Fashion Design, or a related field.\nØ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the
