Centric strives to create a caring and open culture where employees can grow and develop alongside the business.\nAbout the Role\nThe Warehouse Associate will maintain accurate inventory levels and product quality by performing essential clerical functions, including inventory system updates and retention, and computer updates. Deliver timely and accurate inventory and adjustment records to support the Inventory Planner in overall company inventory maintenance. Complete essential Returns & Refusals functions\nGeneral:\nUpholds and advocates for Centric’s core values and behaviors as outlined in the Centric Values and Leadership Framework.\nEnsure that all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.\nFoster a culture of always doing things the right way: the Centric Way (safety, openness, integrity, attention to detail, etc.)\nResponsibilities and Essential Job Functions:\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders or packing slips in NetSuite/RF-Smart.\nAccurately pick, pack, and stage orders for field crews and internal departments following system workflows.\nLoad and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required.\nPerform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations in NetSuite to maintain accurate stock levels.\nLabel and store materials within assigned BIN locations in RF-Smart, ensuring clear organization and traceability.\nAssist with warehouse transfers, returns, and RMA processing between company warehouses and field locations.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace through 5S and continuous improvement practices.\nFollow all company safety policies and OSHA standards, including proper PPE use and equipment operation.\nReport damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials to warehouse leadership promptly.\nSupport warehouse projects, relocations, and system or process upgrades as needed.\nRequirements\nEducation / Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED\n1+ years of related experience in a warehouse environment. \nExperience with NetSuite or a related software platform. \nMicrosoft Office, especially Excel experience, is required. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: \nKnowledge of natural gas infrastructure. \nForklift certified or the ability to be certified within 30 days. \nAbility to travel to and from all major locations in Texas. \nPhysical Demands/ Work Environment:\nJob requires employee to stand on his/her feet for extended periods of time, climb ladders, walk considerable distances on worksite, lift objects up to 50 lbs, pulling, pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, and crouching.\nWork is performed outside with the exposure of weather extremes such as but not limited to, heat, rain, and cold.\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to excessive due to high traffic areas and/or areas of construction.\nBenefits\nCompetitive base pay + bonus\nGreat benefits (medical, dental, vision, and more)\nGenerous PTO policy, in addition to annual sick leave and volunteer time off (VTO)\n10 company-paid holidays\n401(k) plan with 5% company match\nCentric Infrastructure Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
