If the idea of working to create a sustainable energy future also moves you, we may very well be the right place for you.\nAbout you\nThe ideal candidate holds a relevant MSc degree (Economics, Management Accounting or similar) and is sympathetic and friendly when collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and customers across locations.\nFurthermore, we expect that you are:\nA strong communicator in English and German, both written and verbally\nDetailed orientated and will go an extra mile for finding any discrepancies\nConfident in working with tight deadlines\nResponsible for consistent, streamlined, and automated settlement processes, gathers and interprets complex data\nProactive and solution orientated\nAnalytical and able to work independently - solutions might not always be straightforward\nIt would be an advantage if you have:\nUnderstanding of the dynamics of the energy industry.\nKnowledge of Endur platform\nThis role will be based in Aalborg.\nAbout the role\nDevelop and maintain automated processes for monthly settlements, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all operations.\nProvide critical input and support during the entry into new markets and the addition of new products to existing markets, helping to establish and optimize operational procedures.\nEngage in regular dialogue with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.\nParticipate and support relevant internal projects, particularly those involving the migration from one system to another, to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.\nContinuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to support various operational initiatives and projects.\nAbout the team\nYou will be a part of a diverse and dynamic team composed of experienced settlement specialists, commercial support managers, and analysts.
