Centrient Pharmaceuticals is wholly owned by Bain Capital Private Equity, a leading global private investment firm.\nThe Supply Chain Management Department has a vacancy in Santa Perpètua / Sant Feliu de Llobregat offices for the following position:\nLogistics Coordinator (Temporary)\nMain activities and responsibilities:\nManage, coordinate, and execute the logistic inbound and outbound flow of goods at the Spain site, in coordination with the relevant partner functions and transport suppliers. \nSecure service levels and excellence in execution in quality and documentation right first time, minimizing costs and errors in transport booking and fulfillment.\nLead the customer complaints process, solving difficult or repetitive issues with customers, with a continuous improvement approach, through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.\nPartner with Customer Service and Planning team to fulfill monthly demand volumes and prioritize dispatch of goods based on business requirements and available schedules.\nInteract directly with internal customers and via sales department with external customers to provide the right customer support and improve the customer experience.\nYou are an expert in International Trade & Logistics procedures, familiar with multimodal transport modes and export and import procedures. \nOwn and report logistic KPI’s and define follow-up actions for improvement.\nYou maintain and improve relations with logistics service suppliers, supporting in the preparation of the negotiations of present and/or current contracts and agreements.\nRequirements\nThe Ideal Candidate\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant discipline or a comparable skills and knowledge level gained by experience. \nAt least 5 years of experience in Logistics, Demand/Supply Chain or other Supply Chain related roles.\nFluent proficiency in Spanish and English language (written and spoken).\nRelevant experience in SAP.\nExtensive knowledge about Incoterms and GDP is preferred. \nExperience in working in an international environment.\nFlexibility and availability to commute to both our Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda offices.\nBenefits\nTerms and reward\nWe offer a temporary local contract in a challenging, comprehensive, operational environment.
