Optimize plant capacity utilization,\nMonitor batch execution, Yield, Cycle time, and resource utilization.\n· Participate, support & timely Closure of deviation, customer complaints, change control and Audit compliance actions.\n· Maintain audit readiness at all times and adherence to SOPs, BPRs, and quality systems.\n· Identify improvement ideas from Daily cycle to improve efficiency & productivity.\n· Supervise manufacturing activities throughout the production process equipment and monitor process parameters.\n· Facilitate root cause analysis & problem-solving initiatives to address quality & operational issues.\n· Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and customer expectations.\n· Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement RA & Finance.\n· Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence programs.\nKey Shared Accountabilities:-\n· Build strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to deliver results.\n· Ensure decisions are data-driven, risk-based, & aligned with business and compliance priorities.\n· Equipment Reliability & Asset Management\n· Production Delivery & Customer Supply\n· Support technical team for new projects & stabilization of new installations.\nKey Leadership behaviors:-\n· Cross functional collaboration\n· Quality & Compliance Mindset\n· Lead the shift supervisor and team\n· Easy to adaptability to change\n· Continuous Improvement Mindset\n· Takes ownership of plant performance\n· Developing others and clear communication\nKPIs:-\n.
