The Content Moderator helps uphold online safety standards by accurately assessing flagged content, applying moderation decisions consistently, and escalating complex cases when necessary.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.\nIdentify and report content that violates safety standards, community guidelines, or legal requirements.\nFollow established moderation procedures to maintain consistency in enforcement.\nMeet accuracy and productivity targets while making fair and objective moderation decisions.\nEscalate complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams when necessary.\nMaintain confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive content and user data.\nREQUIREMENTS\nPreferred:6 months-1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related trust and safety fields. \nStrong attention to detail and ability to review content that may include hate speech, fraud or misinformation/disinformation.\nBasic understanding of content moderation tools, workflows, and community guidelines.\nAwareness of cultural differences and their impact on online communities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document moderation decisions
