We work across strategy, content, campaigns, and events, operating as an embedded partner rather than a task-based service provider.\nAbout the role\nYou’ll lead one of our two marketing cells, covering several brands across B2B fintech, adtech and creator programs. You’ll own the marketing vision and roadmap for these brands and lead a team of designers and social media managers to deliver it.\nThis is a player-coach role, not a pure management one. You’ll set direction and lead the team, but you’ll also spend a large share of your time doing the work yourself: writing the strategy, building campaigns, drafting copy, setting up ads and building AI workflows. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSet the vision. Define the marketing strategy for each brand in your cell, grounded in business goals, customer insight and data.\nBuild and run the roadmap. Turn quarterly OKRs into clear plans with priorities, owners and timelines, and make sure they ship.\nExecute hands-on. Write briefs, copy and campaign plans. Launch and optimise paid campaigns. Build landing pages and reports. Produce first versions yourself instead of waiting on others.\nLead and grow the team. Coach designers and social media managers, delegate with clarity, give direct feedback and help people grow.\nMake AI the default. Identify where AI and automation can speed up research, content production, reporting and campaign operations, build those workflows yourself and teach the team to use them.\nOwn the numbers. Track pipeline, lead quality, CPL, ROAS and engagement, and change course when something isn’t working.\nWork across the business. Partner with sales, product, tech and leadership, and present plans and results clearly and concisely.\nWhat you bring:\n7+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years leading a team.
