Working closely with Project Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate data into strategy-offering clarity, confidence, and direction at every stage of project execution.\nWhat You Will Do:\nArchitect Project Baselines: Develop comprehensive, integrated baseline schedules, cost estimates, and risk considerations in collaboration with project teams\nCoordinate & Control: Lead planning, scheduling, monitoring, configuration control, analysis, and reporting across multiple scopes of varying size, complexity, and level of risk\nDrive Performance: Monitor, analyze, and update schedule and cost performance weekly/monthly to ensure accuracy and integrity, provide tools to keep project on track\nManage the Critical Path: Actively maintain schedule logic, dependencies, and critical path to prevent bottlenecks and anticipate impacts\nDeliver Actionable Insights: Prepare clear cost and schedule reports, conduct variance analysis, perform analysis and document trending, and support corrective actions\nControl Changes: Lead the change control process, ensuring scope changes are properly evaluated, tracked, and documented\nForecast & Budget: Support budgeting and forecasting for project planning and fiscal year planning\nWe’d Love to Hear From People With:\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field\n4+ years of project controls experience supporting engineering, construction, or similar technical projects\n4+ years of experience using Primavera P6\n3+ years working with Cobra, or comparable cost systems\nIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance\nA Successful Candidate Brings:\nPMI PMP or PMI-SP certification, or AACE certification\nExperience supporting DOE or NRC projects\nExperience in highly regulated, complex project environments\nAbility to resolve complex issues, and operate under minimal supervision\nStrong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills\nKnowledge of key project controls practices: WBS development, schedule logic, critical path analysis, cost engineering, change control, what-if analysis, and status reporting\nCurrent \"Q\" security clearance\nPay:\nEstimated Starting Base Salary Range: $76,010 - $126,683. This position is incentive eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
