This role is perfect for a driven, detail-loving leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.\nWhat You Will Do:\nYou will manage projects from cradle to completion by developing scopes, schedules, staffing plans, and cost estimates while ensuring performance stays aligned with budget and timeline commitments. You’ll build and maintain full project plans, progress and earned value reports, and performance dashboards using Centrus’ project controls systems. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, lead periodic project reviews, adjust staffing and materials as needed, implement corrective actions to keep projects on track, lead contract negotiations, conduct lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement, and consistently communicate status to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nWe’d Love to Hear From People With:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related technical field\n2+ years of project management and/or people management experience\nStrong financial, analytical, and communication skills\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.\nA Successful Candidate Brings:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nStrong contract negotiation skills\nA track record of delivering projects on time and within budget\nAn active or previously held Q-level security clearance\nPay:\nEstimated Starting Base Salary Range: $76,010 - $126,683. This position is incentive eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.\nThis position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.\nCentrus Energy and all subsidiaries shall abide by the applicable legal requirements.
