Research specific documents to support change evaluations. Assists in preparing the documentation for Application changes and license amendment requests packages\nTracks regulatory-related issues, actions, and subtasks utilizing the web-based corrective actions tracking system\nDrafts, processes, stores, and retrieves regulatory correspondence utilizing the electronic data management system\nAssists in the coordination of DOE and NRC inspection activities. Coordinates responses to Inspectors’ requests for information and processes Inspectors’ reports\nAdministers configuration management process for changes to the License Application and other License Basis documents. Research questions concerning application of regulatory requirements\nGathers and tabulates information relative to regulatory concerns, questions or initiatives\nInterfaces as required with vendors, in-house project personnel, company employees, or other project support personnel to support licensing and compliance activities. Assists project personnel in implementing License Application requirements\nMay input commitments into the corrective action tracking system and perform searches within the document control system or the corrective actions tracking system\nOther duties and tasks as assigned by management\nWe'd Love to Hear from Candidates With:\nAssociate’s degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience\n1+ years of experience working in a NRC/DOE/Military environment or in other relevant industry\nRequires proficient computer skills, such as but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe to process records and generate reports, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” security clearance\nA Successful Candidate Brings:\nExperience at NRC regulated site \nExperience in a regulatory organization \nExperience in change control and configuration management\nExperience with a corrective actions program\nActive “Q” or Top Secret security clearance\nPay:\nEstimated Starting Base Salary Range: $64,248 - $107,080. This position is Incentive eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.\nThis position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.\nCentrus Energy and all subsidiaries shall abide by the applicable legal requirements. In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government.
