This position partners closely with sales, strategy, product, and finance stakeholders to deliver insights that inform key business decisions.\nThis role is designed for a highly analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will support partner sales channels, including renewals and migrations from legacy to growth products, while driving forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic analysis. Your work will directly influence investment decisions, operational priorities, and long-term growth strategies.\nWork Location\nFully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.\nThe Main Responsibilities\nProvide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling insight-driven decision making.\nDevelop and evaluate business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.\nOwn forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities aligned to partner-driven revenue streams.\nAnalyze performance across revenue, margin, productivity, and execution metrics; translate findings into actionable insights.\nDesign and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks to measure business success.\nPartner cross-functionally with revenue operations, sales, product, and finance teams to align insights with business priorities.\nSupport monthly close processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial results.\nIdentify risks and opportunities across the business and proactively recommend actions.\nProduce executive-ready reporting and presentations that synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.\nLead and support special projects related to operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and partner strategy.\nContinuously enhance reporting tools, processes, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency and impact.\nAct as a thought partner to leadership, providing forward-looking insights and supporting key business discussions.\nWhat We Look For in a Candidate\nQualifications\nMinimum:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related strategic finance role.\nStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.\nExperience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. \nAbility to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting partner, sales, go-to-market, or strategy organizations.\nBackground in technology, telecommunications, or related industries.\nExperience with KPI development, performance management, and executive reporting.\nFamiliarity with SAP, SAC, Salesforce, or similar enterprise financial and data systems.\nExposure to dashboarding or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.\nInterest or exposure to emerging analytical tools, including AI-enabled capabilities.\nCompensation\nThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
